What you'll do:
- Prepare daily cash report for both management and their Corporate Treasury Group
- Record daily cash deposits into the bank
- Prepare daily deposit reports for Corporate Treasury team
- Prepare funding requests
- Issue stop payments; maintain paperwork for bank checks.
- Reconcile any positive pay issues.
- Record miscellaneous cash receipts into JDE.
- Prepare weekly deposit worksheets for weekly cash requirements.
- Reconcile monthly cash receipts to general ledger
- Respond to audit inquiries; i.e. SOX; outside auditors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to be successful:
- 4-year business/accounting degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel skills is a must
- Motivated, "can-do" attitude
